83189a85da l3gd20: disable the FIFO
the FIFO was not gaining us anything, and was adding latency. If we
use the FIFO we'd need to do multiple SPI transfers to ensure it is
drained

e931d3b9cd Add an option to the systemreset() call and to the reboot command (-b) to reboot into the bootloader.
The system will remain in the bootloader until it's reset, or until an upload is completed.

4708693f86 nshterm: start a nsh console on any device
this is used in APM startup to fallback to a console on ttyACM0 if
startup fails for any reason

9d6ec6b365 Restructure things so that the PX4 configs move out of the NuttX tree, and most of the PX4-specific board configuration data moves out of the config and into the board driver.
Rename some directories that got left behind in the great board renaming.

f3764d0b5a px4fmu: expanded "fmu test"
this now does testing in a similar manner as "px4io test", except that
it tests both ioctl and write based setting of servos
