d2cacb9bc6 Added changes to sensors.cpp for DriverFramework
This only works for DF based builds (not NuttX).
NuttX is not yet ported to DF.

238db8c6d7 Moved IOCTL definitions to DevIOCTL.h in DriverFramework
Removed sched.h from platform/qurt since it is now in DSPAL.
