The Ethernet clock output is not used anymore so there are no
restrictions on the clock tree configuration.
This aligns the clock speeds with FMUv6x.

The previous default of 0.55m/s was very restrictive, the
ground-minus-wind airspeed estimate was barely ever valid
with it.
