Mark Charlebois 1e46f44123 POSIX: ported systemcmds/tests 
Most of the systemcmds tests run in the posix build. The UART tests
fail for me as I do not have a UART connected.

Mark Charlebois 9758112e31 Use px4_config.h instead of nuttx/config.h 
Modified code to use OS independent header file for config settings.
