* The `print """` syntax appears invalid in Python 3 which is the
default for the Python binary on my system (and soon many more).
* Convert the file (using `2to3`) to a version that's compatible with
Python 2 and Python 3.
* Tested against Python 2.7.10 and 3.4.3.
* Compliation will fail on small systems with UAVCAN_TINY defined
with the following error:
abstract_node.hpp:123:33: error: 'IRxFrameListener' has not been declared
* Resolve issue by removing unecessary functions.
* Error is revealed and resolved when building test_stm32f107.
