Daniel Agar 7047f9441c ekf2: fix calcOptFlowBodyRateComp() gyro bias
- adjust flow sample gyro_rate immediately after popping from ring
   buffer
 - always update flow gyro bias (calcOptFlowBodyRateComp()) regardless
   of flow quality or magnitude
