Move PX4 Guide source into /docs (#24490)
* Add vitepress tree

* Update existing workflows so they dont trigger on changes in the docs path

* Add nojekyll, package.json, LICENCE etc

* Add crowdin docs upload/download scripts

* Add docs flaw checker workflows

* Used docs prefix for docs workflows

* Crowdin obvious fixes

* ci: docs move to self hosted runner

runs on a beefy server for faster builds

PSK-CM8JL65-CC5 can be connected to any unused serial port, e.g.: TELEM2, TELEM3, GPS2 etc.

매개변수 설정

Configure the serial port on which the lidar will run using SENS_CM8JL65_CFG.

distance_sensor/cm8jl65

In order to use the sensor for collision prevention you will further need to set the parameters SENS_CM8JL65_R_0 and CP_DIST. For more information see: Collision Prevention.
