* ci: docs move to self hosted runner

Автопілоти, що підтримуються виробником, обслуговуються і підтримуються виробником плати (виробники зобов'язуються забезпечити сумісність з поточним стабільним випуском PX4 протягом 4 місяців з моменту офіційного оголошення про випуск).
