JacobCrabill 02891125fd boards: Fix CONFIG_DISABLE_PTHREAD
Previously, the default was 'n'.  Now, the default is based on
CONFIG_DEFAULT_SMALL, so to re-enable, it must be set to 'n' in
defconfig.
