NuttX cmake improvements

Browse Source 
- fix temporary Make.defs copy
 - implement custom macros for COMPILE, COMPILEXX, ASSEMBLE, ARCHIVE to enable ccache properly (if available and enabled)
 - fix NuttX mkdeps
 - fix libapps race condition with context
