Remove uorb topics exclusively used for avoidance

- TrajectoryBezier.msg
- TrajectoryWaypoint.msg
- VehicleTrajectoryBezier.msg
- VehicleTrajectoryWaypoint.msg

Additionally remove TRAJECTORY_REPRESENTATION_WAYPOINTS mavlink stream.
