binfmt/.
* binfmt/libelf/*, binfmt/libnxflat/* and other files: Integrate the
address environment interfaces. If CONFIG_ADDRENV=y, then binfmt/
will now create an address environment for new tasks (instead of
just malloc'ing the task memory).
