move initial sensor priority to parameters and purge ORB_PRIORITY

- CAL_ACCx_EN -> CAL_ACCx_PRIO
 - CAL_GYROx_EN -> CAL_GYROx_PRIO
 - CAL_MAGx_EN -> CAL_MAGx_PRIO
