Removed hardcoded onboard controller timeouts thresholds.
Added COM_ONB_LOSS_T and COM_ONB_REG_T parameters to specify thresholds that triggers "onboard link lost" and "onboard link regained". Signed-off-by: Claudio Micheli <claudio@auterion.com>
